The franchisor's problem

Your Software Was Built for One Shop. You Run a Brand.

Every category on the market was built for a single location — then bolted on "multi-location" as an afterthought. Three things break the moment you scale.

Standards drift

Standards Stop at the Signage

You set the brand — but pricing, services, and the guest experience drift location to location, and there's no lever to reset them at the register.

Manual rollups

Royalties by Spreadsheet

Royalties and the numbers that matter live in five systems, so every month-end is a reconciliation you chase by hand.

Rollout risk

Switching Feels Like Betting the Brand

Moving every unit to a new system at once is the scariest thing an operator does — so the broken tools stay in place for years.

Brand-wide control

Publish Once. Live at Every Door.

Set a service, a price, or a standard once and push it to every location of your brand — schedule it for the future, and keep autonomy where a location needs it.

  • Menu, pricing, and standards published brand-wide in seconds
  • Every location's KPIs in one live view — automated royalty rollups coming soon
  • One customer record that follows the guest to every door
Catalog — brand-wide pushpublishing
One change, every location. Set it once — Amplify pushes it brand-wide and schedules what's next.
The switch

FAQ

Questions From Franchisors.

How do you roll a new system out across all my locations?
Amplify rolls out location by location, on a schedule that never takes the brand dark. Migration is on us: we bring each location's history over and move it for you, one door at a time, so the rest of the system keeps running while each shop switches. We've run this exact migration off the software franchises rely on today, so your franchisees aren't left to figure it out on their own.
Can I enforce pricing and service standards across every location?
Yes. In Amplify you set a service, a price, or a standard once and publish it to every location of your brand. Where a location genuinely needs to adjust, you can give it that autonomy without losing the brand-wide baseline. Standards reach the register, not just the signage, so what's on the menu at headquarters is what gets rung up at every door.
How do royalty and KPI rollups work?
Every location on Amplify reports the same way, so the KPIs that matter roll up across the brand in real time today. Revenue, utilization, and staff performance are measured identically at every door, which means the numbers compare cleanly without a reconciliation step at month end. Automated royalty and settlement rollups are in active build; KPI rollups are live now.
Do I and my franchisees own the customer data?
Yes. Amplify is a processor, not an owner: the brand owns its customer data. That data is walled off from competitors, and every access is logged and auditable, so you can see exactly who touched it. It's yours to export, always, whether you're pulling reports today or moving on later. The customer relationship stays with your brand, which is the point.
Who pays for Amplify — the franchisor or the franchisees?
You decide. Amplify is billed at $350 per location per month, and brands handle it differently: some franchisors cover it centrally as part of the tech stack, others have each franchisee pay for their own location. We invoice it whichever way your brand is set up.
Can I require franchisees to adopt it?
If your franchise agreement standardizes the technology stack, yes — Amplify is built for a brand-wide mandate, and we roll it out location by location so no shop goes dark. Whether you can require it is set by your franchise agreement, not by us; brands that standardize their POS typically include it there.
What can each role see and do?
Permissions in Amplify are role-based across the brand. The franchisor sees and controls every location, a location manager runs their own shop, and staff get only what their job needs. Every action is tied to a named person and logged, so nothing happens anonymously and every change can be traced. For more on how access and the audit trail work, see our Security page.
