Done With SoftwareThat Works Against You?

Move to Amplify — the migration is on us, we run the switch for you, and the exit stays clean if it ever comes to that.

What's wrong with the software you're on

The Complaints Are Always the Same Four.

Across every platform operators switch off of, the same frustrations come up again and again. Here's how Amplify answers each — honestly.

Priced by the piece

Charged Extra for the Basics

A fee per user, a fee per client, a setup charge, the basics locked behind a pricier tier — the essentials it takes to run your shop, billed back to you piece by piece. And a number that climbs every time you add a chair.

The marketplace cut

A Commission on Every Booking

Software with a consumer marketplace bolted on takes a percentage of the clients it books for you — a slice of the revenue, stacked on the monthly fee.

The dreaded switch

A Migration You Keep Putting Off

Moving everything to a new system feels like betting the shop on a bad weekend — so you stay on tools you've long outgrown.

The trap door

Easy to Join, Hard to Leave

Held payouts, frozen accounts, and a client list you can't get a clean copy of — so you stay on software you've outgrown.

One price

$350 a Location. Nothing Essential Costs More.

Amplify is $350 per location per month for the platform, with no setup fee, no per-seat charge, no per-client fee, and no basics locked behind a pricier tier. The essentials of running the shop are all in that price. Advanced modules, like an AI receptionist, are rolling out at a price you can read up front. The only thing that scales with use is texting, at $0.03 a message.

  • $350 / location / month — the whole platform
  • Texting at $0.03 a message; add advanced modules only if you want them
  • Published pricing you can read without a sales call

What you read is what you pay. The platform, texting, every module — all published, with no surprise line at renewal.
Your clients, your revenue

No Marketplace. No Cut of Your Clients.

Some booking platforms run a consumer marketplace on the side and skim a percentage of the clients it books you. Amplify doesn't run one — so no booking ever carries a commission, new client or regular. Your clients are yours, never a line item on your bill.

  • No booking commission, ever — new or returning, there's no marketplace to take a cut
  • We never market to your clients or sell your list
  • Walled off from your competition, every access logged and auditable

The move

We Move You. You Don't Lose a Saturday.

Amplify takes the rollout off your plate, because it's the part everyone dreads. We bring your history over, run the switch for you, and training runs about two hours. Migration is on us and done with you, so you're never handed a login and a to-do list. You're working with operators who've done this exact switch and know where it tends to get hard.

A clean exit

Easy to Join. And Easy to Leave.

Amplify runs on a contract, like every serious platform. The difference is what happens if it ever ends: your data is never held hostage. We export it cleanly, a full copy of your client list and history, and you take it wherever you want. No payout is held as leverage, and no one charges a ransom for your own records. You stay because it works.

  • Your data is yours — a clean, full export, any time
  • No held payouts as leverage to keep you
  • No ransom for your own client list

You're never trapped. Stay because it works — not because leaving would cost you your business.
FAQ

Switching, Answered Straight.

How long does switching take?
Amplify handles the timing for you: migration is on us, we bring your history over, and training runs about two hours. For a multi-location brand we go door by door, on a schedule that never takes the whole business dark at once. Each location switches when it's ready, so the pace follows your brand rather than one risky cutover.
What happens to my client history and data?
Your client history comes with you. Amplify migrates it as part of the switch, and once you're on the platform your client data is yours: walled off from competitors, every access logged and auditable, and yours to export. We never market to your clients or sell your list. If you ever leave, you take a clean, full export with you.
Is there a contract?
Yes — like every major platform, Amplify runs on a contract. What is different is the exit: your data is never held hostage. If you ever decide to leave, we export it cleanly and you take it wherever you want.
What does it cost to switch?
The migration itself costs you nothing, because Amplify covers it. After that, the platform is $350 per location per month, with no setup fee, no per-user seats, no per-client fees, and no marketplace commission of any kind. Texting is $0.03 a message, and optional modules are added only when you want them, at a price you can read up front.
Do you handle walk-ins, or only appointments?
Both. Amplify runs reservations and a native walk-in queue together on one screen, so there's no second system and no paper list at the front desk. Booked clients and walk-ins show up side by side, and your team works one line instead of two. The high-volume Wait & Serve model is in active build for shops where walk-ins drive most of the day.
We run different systems across our shops — can you bring them all onto Amplify?
Yes, and bringing mixed systems together is the most common switch Amplify handles. We migrate each location off whatever it runs today, shop by shop, onto one system with one way of working: consistent booking, walk-ins, payments, and reporting across every door. The migration is on us, and it never takes the brand dark while each location moves over.
